Originally designed as a concept for a tattoo but i loved it so much i decided to use it as the banner of my website this is an original digital art design by me.

Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at kersycreations4@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at kersycreations4@gmail.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course!

Cancellations And Changes

As we manufacture to order, unfortunately we're unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. Up and until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if required. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.

Change Of Mind

We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

All prints, and paintings are custom made, and printed on demand, therefore,  please allow up to 14 business days of printing and packing time  before artwork is shipped out. Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be 5-7 business days for domestic ground services (within lower 48). If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out at kersycreations4@gmail.com instead of placing your order and we will see what we can do for you.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

International shipping is available to certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10­ to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Address Changes

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at kerscreations4@gmail.com This includes out­­-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
